Subject to compliance with these terms, Borealis Automation grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our automated dashboard interfaces. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our proprietary AI models.

3. Data Governance and Privacy

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

5. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, and visual designs generated by Borealis Automation remain the exclusive property of the Company. Clients retain full ownership of their raw input data and the specific insights derived therefrom, provided all service fees are fully settled.

6. Limitation of Liability

Borealis Automation provides AI-driven insights for informational purposes. While we ensure high accuracy, the Company shall not be liable for business decisions made based on automated dashboard outputs or predictive forecasts.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services located at our London offices (211 Eversleigh Road, SW11 5XB) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
